LC Chimney was founded and is operated by Lenny Cohen, who launched the business after relocating to New Jersey in 2022. With a dedication to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail, Lenny set out to provide high-quality chimney, fireplace, and masonry services rooted in expertise and integrity.

Lenny is a Certified Chimney Sweep through the Chimney Safety Institute of America, having completed their National Training Academy in 2021. Dedicated to excellence, he continuously furthers his education to stay at the forefront of industry standards, ensuring compliance with CSIA certification requirements and his own high professional standards.

With a masonry restoration background dating back to 2013, Lenny has focused exclusively on chimney, fireplace, and hearth services since 2021.  He is also an active member of the Masonry Heater Association of North America and participates in its annual training workshops in North Carolina to enhance his skills and stay connected with industry innovations.

In addition to chimney services, LC Chimney specializes in custom brick oven construction for commercial clients and passionate home bakers. These projects are completed in collaboration with Backyard Bread, ensuring that each brick oven is more than just an appliance–it includes personalized cooking and baking education to become an integral part of the new culinary experience.
